Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (after processing).

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout).

  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM EST.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates:

  • Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

  • Flat-rate shipping of $6.95 applies to orders under $75.

  • Expedited and overnight shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Areas

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).

  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time but are working towards expanding globally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You can monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed or missing, we recommend checking your tracking information first. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team, and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

Lost or stolen packages must be reported within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

Incorrect Address or Order Errors

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at orders@lazydaisyskincare.com. We can update the address if the order has not yet been processed.

Lazy Daisy Skincare is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and a description of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
