Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

How to Request a Refund

  • Reach Out to Us at returns@lazydaisyskincare.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

  • We will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  • Ship the items back to us in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where products are damaged or incorrect.

 

Refund Processing Time

  • After we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days following approval.

  • An email confirmation will be sent once your refund has been processed.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Email support@lazydaisyskincare.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received after 10 business days, we recommend:

  • Checking your bank account or contacting your credit card company.

  • If the issue persists, please reach out to us at support@lazydaisyskincare.com.

 

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Lazy Daisy Skincare is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
